Job Description
The-Hiring is looking for a motivated Outbound Customer Service Representative / Sales Executive to engage potential customers, follow up on inactive leads, and convert inquiries into sales. This position is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote products and provide detailed pricing and availability information.
- Conduct cold calls to identify and generate new leads.
- Prepare accurate quotations and invoices.
- Effectively address customer complaints.
Required Skills: Excellent communication abilities, preferred outbound sales experience, and proficiency with CRM tools.
