Job Description

Degilo is currently seeking a motivated and proactive Call Center Sales Agent to join our sales team. As a sales agent, you will work closely with one of Degilo’s clients and will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other platforms to generate leads, qualify prospects, close sales, and build customer relationships. Collaboration with the sales department is key to identifying target prospects, pitching products, and communicating their value proposition.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Only candidates fulfilling specific criteria will be considered:

• This mid-senior level position requires 1-3 years of cold-calling sales experience.
• Applicants must have working experience in a call center.

Responsibilities:

• Lead generation, prospect qualification, and sales closing in a custom manufacturing environment.
• Learn product details to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
• Collaborate with vendors and clients for smooth transactions.
• Build client relationships and address their needs.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of outbound sales or telemarketing experience.
• Proven success in lead generation and sales through cold calls and emails.
• Strong English communication and persuasion skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, and use CRM software.
• Commitment to a long-term position with availability Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM CST.
