Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to recruit new truck drivers and carriers.
- Build strong relationships with potential partners.
- Maintain records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team for seamless onboarding.
- Exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
- New graduates or proven experience in sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
