Job Description
Join Speakeasy Marketing (Pvt.) Ltd.’s rapidly expanding team as an Outbound Sales Representative. We are looking for result-driven individuals with sales experience to generate new business through cold calling, engage customers, and track leads using our CRM Program. Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through cold calling company-provided leads
- Overcome concerns and challenges to close the deal
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and preferences
- Use our CRM Program to track and monitor leads, proposals, and sales goals
Requirements:
- Result-driven individuals with good energy and an outgoing personality
- Coachable and accountable candidates
- Drive and determination to succeed in meeting sales targets
- Education: Graduation or equivalent is required
- 1-2 years of sales experience is required
- Ability to commute or relocate to the work location (in person)
