Role Description
Alestra Solutions is seeking a full-time Outbound Sales Specialist to help generate new business leads and drive sales growth at our Islamabad location. The Outbound Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing outbound sales strategies to attract new customers, identifying opportunities to expand relationships with existing customers, and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Outbound Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Demonstrated Sales abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet sales quotas
- Knowledge of lead and prospect generation tools and techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Proven experience in outbound sales or marketing
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Relevant experience of 1 to 2 years in the industry
