Job Description
Evening Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Location: Lahore DHA Phase 8 (In-Person)
AL GHANI Medical and Surgical is seeking a motivated Team Lead/Supervisor to manage our Cold Calling Agents for a USA-based appointment-setting campaign in the medical and aesthetic services sector. Ideal candidates will possess 2-3+ years of experience in a BPO or call center environment, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of 5-10 agents, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct quality assurance reviews, and provide training as needed.
Requirements: Excellent English communication skills, familiarity with CRM systems, and a willingness to work evening shifts.
