Job Description
Adtach Corporation is seeking a reliable and proactive Outdoor Office Assistant to manage daily outdoor tasks and support our office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, punctual, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and collect documents and packages.
- Handle bank tasks, including deposits and withdrawals.
- Purchase office supplies as needed.
- Coordinate courier services for timely deliveries.
- Assist with utility bill payments and other errands.
- Perform minor maintenance on office premises.
- Maintain a log of daily activities and expenses.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
