Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Overseas Recruitment Lead for an on-site role located in Karachi Division. As an Overseas Recruitment Lead, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and managing our international recruitment efforts, including identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with team members to ensure successful onboarding and integration into the company.
Position: Overseas Recruitment Lead
Location: Karachi
Education: BBA/MBA
Experience: 6 to 7 years in recruitment domain
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing manpower outsourcing and recruitment
- Recruiting and handling labor staff and blue-collar workforce
- Outsourcing to local and international clients as per requirements
- The candidate must have an excellent grip on Manpower and blue-collar Jobs.
- Strong knowledge of salary market standards
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in recruitment with Gulf Countries and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of market salary standards.
