Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Sialkot for an Owner at Tweezer World. The Owner will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, such as managing finances, operations, and employees. The Owner will also be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to expand the business and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience in finance and operations management
- Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
- Ability to analyze market trends and make informed business decisions
- Experience in the manufacturing industry, especially in the field of tweezers or related products, is beneficial
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English and Urdu is required, knowledge of other languages will be beneficial
