Job Description
The P2P Compliance Processor is responsible for ensuring compliance with all pay-to-play regulations and policies. This position involves reviewing and validating all P2P transactions, monitoring and reporting any suspicious activity, and conducting regular audits to evaluate compliance effectiveness.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of relevant regulations, such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) rules, is essential. Previous experience in a similar role or a background in finance or legal compliance is preferred.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and monitoring all P2P transactions to ensure compliance
- Identifying and investigating any suspicious activities or potential compliance breaches
- Conducting regular audits and assessments to evaluate compliance procedures
- Performing risk assessments and implementing measures to mitigate risks
- Collaborating with teams across the organization to ensure compliance with regulations
