Job Description
As a PABX Installation Site Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Private Automated Branch Exchange systems at client sites. Collaborate with clients, conduct site surveys, develop installation plans, test systems, provide training, and adhere to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot PABX systems.
- Conduct site surveys to assess infrastructure needs.
- Collaborate with clients and project managers.
- Test and commission systems for functionality.
- Provide training and technical support.
- Document procedures and configurations.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement.
- Adhere to safety protocols and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or related field.
- Proven PABX installation experience.
- Proficiency in telecom protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and quality commitment.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
