Overview: The Packaging Machine Operator will ensure the continuous and efficient functioning of the packaging line to IPS standards.
Responsibilities:
- Allocate packing machines based on production needs.
- Maintain machine efficiency (85%) and optimize operations.
- Minimize film waste below 1.0%.
- Conduct quality control audits and reports.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and perform minor repairs.
Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics or relevant field, with a minimum of 2 years experience with packing machines.
