Overview: To ensure the continuous and efficient functioning of the packaging line to IPS standards.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring packing machines are correctly allocated and utilized to meet production requirements.
- Maintaining required efficiency and minimizing film waste.
- Conducting quality control audits, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance.
- Performing housekeeping duties, audits, and line balancing.
Decision Making Authority: Complete freedom to make decisions on bag makers.
Job Challenges: Handling varying product density, plan changes, high-speed machines, aging equipment, and balancing production with safety.
Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics, relevant tertiary qualification, minimum 3 years Packing Machine experience, and analytical thinking.
