Job Description
We are seeking a mid-level Parametric Visualizer with at least two years of experience in residential multi-family design. The ideal candidate will have experience in parametric modeling and be proficient in various design software, including Rhino, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, Maya, and Unreal Engine. In addition, the candidate should be experienced with technical drawing software such as AutoCAD and Revit, and be able to provide photo-realistic renderings. Working hours will be from Monday to Friday from 9 am – 5 pm EST.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the lead designer to develop early-stage design concepts using parametric modeling
- Use Rhino Grasshopper to develop parametric scripts
- Utilize various software tools to produce photo-realistic renderings and technical drawings
- Participate in the production phase of projects using Revit
- Ensure that all designs adhere to project specifications and requirements
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience as a Parametric Visualizer
- Experience in residential multi-family design
- Proficiency in Rhino, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, Maya, and Unreal Engine
- Experience with technical drawing software such as AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience with parametric scripts, specifically Rhino Grasshopper
- Knowledge of Python scripting and other coding experience is a plus
- Experience in VR/AR is a plus
