Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly-skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Partner Support Trainer / QA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training and quality assurance support to our partner support team.
As a Partner Support Trainer, you will develop training programs and conduct training sessions to equip our partner support representatives with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for evaluating the performance of the team through quality assurance checks, identifying areas for improvement, and providing coaching and feedback.
To excel in this role, you must have a solid understanding of our products and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Previous experience in training and quality assurance in a customer service or partner support setting is highly desired.
