Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Partnership Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth and enhance our brand presence.
As a successful candidate, you should have a strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills. You will be expected to identify potential partners, negotiate mutually beneficial agreements, and build ongoing relationships to ensure successful collaborations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Researching and identifying potential partnership opportunities
- Creating and presenting partnership proposals
- Negotiating terms and reaching agreements with partners
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement partnership initiatives
- Monitoring partnership performance and making recommendations for improvement
To excel in this role, you should have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and be able to work independently. Previous experience in partnership or business development roles is preferred but not required.
