Job Description

Maseer Tech Services seeks a highly motivated, detail-oriented Patient Billing Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and insurance companies regarding billing inquiries.
• Verify and collect patient insurance information and eligibility.
• Accurately process and submit claims to insurance companies.
• Generate and distribute patient invoices in a timely manner.
• Post insurance payments and patient payments to patient accounts.
• Collect outstanding patient balances through phone calls, emails, and letters.
• Resolve billing inquiries and address patient concerns efficiently and with empathy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient account records.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as registration, coding, and finance, to ensure smooth billing operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum inter, preference will be given to candidates with higher qualifications.
• 1 year of experience in healthcare support services.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and billing procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Location: D.H.A – Karachi
• Pick and Drop (For Females Only Door to Door)
• Position Type: Full-time
• Day and Timings: Monday to Friday 6 pm to 4 am (Night Shift)
• Salary: 45K to 60K
