Job Description
GM Marketing is currently seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and a high level of professionalism in patient interactions.
This position requires availability from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Qualified applicants should have 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and either a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Core responsibilities include welcoming patients, managing appointments, keeping accurate records, collaborating effectively with medical staff, and resolving patient inquiries. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role.
