Job Description
eServMD is seeking a detail-oriented Patient Help Desk professional to join our Islamabad team. You will manage patient and physician availability, coordinate appointments with the front desk, handle reschedules and cancellations, and follow client-specific procedures and software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience: Prior US healthcare experience as a Patient Scheduler preferred; high attention to detail; adaptable; able to work independently in a fast-paced setting and collaborate across teams.
- Position: Full-time, in-person at Park Road, Islamabad; shift 6:00 PM–3:00 AM.
