Job Description
REVMED (Paymedics) is looking for a dedicated Patient Help Desk (P.H.D) Specialist with outstanding English communication skills for our Patient Calling Department. This full-time, salary-based position is perfect for those who excel in patient engagement and coordination within the U.S. healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound patient calls and schedule appointments
- Register new patients in the system
- Coordinate with U.S. doctor’s offices regarding schedules
- Handle patient inquiries and relay information
- Resolve patient concerns promptly
