Job Description
Prima Systems is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Support Specialist. You will assist patients via phone calls, emails, and chat to help them with appointment scheduling and rescheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain patient records.
- Verify insurance information.
- Educate patients on procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous customer support experience.
- Proficient in EMR/EHR systems.
- Strong English communication skills.
