Job Description
Progressive Resource is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Scheduler / Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems such as eClinicalWorks (eCW) and Elation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Manage patient records in EHR systems.
- Coordinate with healthcare staff for efficient management.
- Address scheduling inquiries and follow up on appointments.
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience in scheduling or patient coordination.
- Strong knowledge of EHR systems required.
- Excellent communication skills.
Salary: Rs80,00 – Rs110,00 per month. Location: In-person at Jail Road, Gulberg II, Lahore.
