Job Description
Urgent Hiring for the position of Patient Support Executive at Caregenix Solutions.
Requirements:
- Education: Intermediate or above.
- Relevant experience is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills are a must (Ideally with American accent).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work according to US working hours.
- Strong computer skills (Ms Office, Internet browsing).
Job Description:
- Handling inbound & outbound calls from patients.
- Efficiently resolving patient queries.
- Making daily patient appointments.
Job Details:
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Working hours: Full-Time & Work from the office only
- Salary: Market Competitive
