Job Description
RepHero Global is seeking a dedicated Patient Services Representative to assist with patient inquiries over the phone. The ideal candidate will manage incoming calls, actively listen to patient concerns, schedule appointments, and direct patients to the appropriate doctor.
Key Responsibilities: Answer calls, schedule appointments, direct patients, and maintain records.
Qualifications: High school diploma, customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.
Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts from 3 AM to 11 AM, Mon-Sat. Pay: Rs9,99.00 – Rs10,00.00 per month.
