Job Description
Physicians Revenue Group (via Tekboox) is seeking a Patient Support Executive to verify insurance eligibility, process prior authorizations, coordinate referrals, manage scheduling and front‑desk check‑ins, maintain EMR records, handle patient calls and emails, and collaborate with clinical and billing teams while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
- Required: 2–3 years in patient services, front desk, or healthcare administration; hands‑on insurance verification and prior authorization experience; strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Preferred: familiarity with U.S. healthcare systems, EMR/EHR experience, and excellent English.
- Location & shift: DHA Phase 3, Y Block, Lahore — Night (7:00 PM–4:00 AM), onsite 5 days/week.
