Job Description
Company Description: Shahkam Industries (Pvt) Ltd is a leading knitwear facility in Pakistan. Established in 1992, the company has grown significantly over the years with a monthly production capacity of 115,00 dozens. Located in Lahore, Shahkam Industries is known for its vertical operations and subsidiary departments on-site.
Role Description: This full-time on-site role involves creating and modifying garment patterns, ensuring timely development, collaborating with various departments, conducting fit evaluations, and maintaining pattern libraries.
Qualifications:
- Strong pattern making and modification skills
- Proficiency in pattern drafting software
- Understanding of garment construction and industry standards
- Attention to detail and precision
- Ability to interpret design sketches
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience in textile or apparel industry preferred
- Degree or certification in fashion design or related field
