Job Description
Role Purpose: Responsible for daily operations of Accounts Payable function, managing workflow, ensuring timely payments, and providing cross-functional support.
- Ensure accurate processing and timely payment of vendor invoices.
- Follow up on open discrepancies until resolution.
- Maintain internal controls, minimize risks, and enhance financial reporting accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with vendors on discrepancies and payment status.
- Perform monthly reconciliations and assist in month-end close activities.
- Liaise with internal teams for efficient AP processes and implement improvements.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with ACCA/MBA Finance/CA Inter background.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Team player with attention to detail and time management.
