Job Description:

Managing development of Payments and General Banking processes. Oversee banking operations, and ensure regulatory compliance. Strong leadership skills and digital banking exposure required.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement payment processing and general banking processes
  • Execution of digital payment features flawlessly with key compliance, risk, and controls
  • Exploring and induction of Payment and general banking avenues
  • Management of online payments
  • Ensure the payment security during online transaction.
  • Maintain the requirements according to the rules and regulations provides by regulator

Requirements:

  • Masters or at least Bachelor degree in IT, Computers, Finance, Science faculties, Arts, Commerce, from a reputed institution.
  • Command on digital banking apps and other preferred software
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Effective Communication.
  • Knowledge about payment platforms architecture.
  • Knowledge about updated regulatory compliance requirements.

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years experience in payments and general banking or relevant field.
