Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Draft and review contracts and offer letters for new hires.
- Maintain organized personnel records and confidentiality.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Calculate and prepare payroll accurately and timely.
- Serve as the point of contact for HRMS – Worksuite.
- Support HR team with administrative tasks and employee queries.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Islamabad: Must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting work.
