Job Description
Bahria Town (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a meticulous Payroll Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a BBA or MBA in Human Resources, along with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in payroll software, particularly Oracle.
- Familiarity with attendance management systems.
- Proficient in calculating employee benefits and work hours.
- Ability to generate detailed payroll reports.
- Accurate entry of new employee information.
- Strong mathematical abilities and attention to detail.
- Commitment to handling sensitive information confidentially.
This position is available as either a full-time or contract role.
