Job Description
We are seeking a Payroll Executive with hands-on experience in using OCtify or Decibel payroll software.
Key Responsibilities:
-Process payroll for all employees using OCtify or Decibel software.
-Maintain payroll records and ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date.
-Handle payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
-Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
-Prepare and distribute payroll reports as required.
-Collaborate with HR and finance departments to streamline payroll processes.
Qualifications:
-1 – 2 years of payroll processing experience.
-Proficiency in using OCtify or Decibel payroll software.
-Strong understanding of payroll principles and best practices.
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
