Job Description
PC Support Engineer will be responsible for managing and responding to all PC and system-related requests promptly. This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, installing, repairing, and modifying personal computer hardware and software.
Job Description:
- Improve system uptime through health checks and timely requisitions for new systems or accessories.
- Build, configure new hardware, and install/update software.
- Evaluate system performance for optimal functionality.
- Manage Change Management Process for smooth transitions and updates.
- Repair personal computers, organization computers, and servers.
- Create and maintain computer networks, running diagnostic programs.
- Specialize in server and telecommunication repair, system administration, data recovery, programming, and information systems.
- Address issues like incorrect settings, viruses, spyware, and faulty hardware or operating system replacements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field from any HEC-recognized Institute.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
