Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide support to learning and development programs, performance management, change management, and staff recognition initiatives.
- Partner with Head HR on corporate DEAI, employee engagement surveys, and social responsibility initiatives.
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes and culture development.
- Handle HR inquiries and departmental administration.
- Manage HR tools and processes for organizational efficiency.
- Maintain knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
- Ensure data integrity in HR systems with accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum MBA/BBA specializing in HR.
- 03 to 05 years of experience.
