Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager People & Culture to join our team at South & Safari Store. As the HR leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talents.
Your role will involve overseeing recruitment processes, implementing training programs, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. You will also play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Develop HR strategies for talent acquisition and retention
