Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10-12 years of HR experience, ideally in IT startups.
- Strong leadership skills in managing HR teams and driving organizational change.
- Deep understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, retention, and employee development.
- Experience in performance management and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead HR operations including onboarding and employee relations.
- Design talent management programs to attract top talent.
