Job Description
Confiz is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and initiative-driven resource, excited to enhance their interpersonal, analytical, and people-management skills. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the complete employee life cycle from onboarding to off-boarding
- Preparing and maintaining employee records
- Supporting HR internal and external audits to evaluate policy implementations, process adherence, and HR effectiveness
- Assisting in the performance review process management
- Managing medical insurance for employees, filing claims, and providing assistance for current employees; liaison for adding/deleting employees
- Executing day-to-day operations and maintaining employee personnel data
- Responsible for internal communications and announcements
- Providing assistance and executing company-arranged events
- Completing any task assigned by Manager/Management
Requirements:
- Bachelors in BBA, HRM, or related fields
- Fresh graduates to 1 year of operational experience in the HR IT industry
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective relationship-building, and an easygoing personality
- Strong analytical abilities, enabling the organization to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, and deadline-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
