Job Description
We are currently looking for a talented and experienced HR professional to join our team as the People Experience (HR) Country Lead Pakistan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the country, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development.
Your main objective will be to create and implement HR strategies that align with our company’s goals and objectives, while also ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. You will be a key partner to the leadership team, providing guidance and support on all people-related matters.
As the People Experience (HR) Country Lead Pakistan, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization and its employees. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive and inclusive work culture, fostering employee growth and development, and driving employee satisfaction and retention.
