Job Description

The People Operations & Advisory Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company’s HR functions and providing strategic HR support and guidance to the organization. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the company’s business objectives; managing talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes; leading employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive work culture; managing performance management processes and implementing employee development programs; providing advisory services to management and employees on HR-related matters; ensuring legal compliance in all HR practices and policies; managing employee relations and resolving employee issues; conducting HR data analysis and generating reports for management review.
