Job Description

What You’ll Do:
- Be a part of everyday People operations including responding to employee queries & requests, updating employee records & files, generating employee documents and so on.
- Come up with new People initiatives to make the employee experience even better.
- Be involved in the performance evaluation process of all employees including refining performance metrics and making the evaluation process more fruitful for the management & the employees.
- Facilitate the creation of new benefit schemes for employees and manage their operation.
- Assist in employees’ onboarding and off-boarding processes.
- Assist in recruitment processes if needed (scheduling & screening profiles, etc).
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- 0 – 1 year of human resource experience.
- Understanding of all People & talent functions is preferred.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced commercial & tech environment.
- Sound knowledge of MS Excel, Google sheets is preferred.
