Job Description
An exciting opportunity is available for a talented and motivated individual to join our company as a People Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our company’s human resources processes and initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate and conduct employee performance evaluations.
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process.
