Job Description
The Performance Management Leader at INTECH Automation & Intelligence will drive the development and implementation of performance management systems, processes, and policies to foster a high-performance culture. Responsibilities include enhancing performance management practices, setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and supporting employee development.
- Develop and refine performance management systems
- Collaborate with leaders on goal setting
- Manage performance reviews and feedback
- Identify employee development needs
- Provide coaching and data analysis
- Address employee relations and compliance
- Implement engagement initiatives and training sessions
- Create recognition programs for high performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 7+ years of performance management experience
- Expertise in performance management tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
