Azeemi Technologies is urgently seeking a Performance Management Specialist to join our global IT consulting company in Lahore.
Position: Performance Management Specialist
Experience: 2-3 years in HRM or related field
Requirements: BBA/MBA in HRM
Role Description: Manage performance appraisal processes, initiatives, and program management strategies.
Qualifications:
- Organizational Development and analytical skills
- Experience in performance appraisal and management
- Program management expertise
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications and IT industry experience are a plus
