Job Description
Qadri Group of Companies is seeking an experienced and dedicated Performance Management Specialist to develop and oversee our Performance Management System (PMS). In this role, you will collaborate closely with department heads to ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are aligned with our overarching business objectives. You will effectively manage PMS cycles and deliver comprehensive training sessions on PMS processes.
Your key responsibilities will include analyzing performance trends, recommending improvement initiatives, and ensuring transparent evaluations across all departments. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, and exhibit strong analytical and communication skills.
This full-time position is based at Canal Bank Izmir Town, Lahore, and requires on-site attendance.
