Job Description
We are a leading BPO Call Center actively seeking a dedicated Performance Manager in HR to join our team and contribute to our business expansion. This position requires working night shifts to align with our US-based clients and customers.
The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of HR management experience in a BPO or software development environment and demonstrate fluent English communication skills. A positive presence on social media, particularly LinkedIn, is essential.
The Performance Manager will be responsible for recruitment, developing and implementing company policies, payroll management, and more.
Location: Fortune Towers, 9th Floor, Karachi.
Salary: Rs65,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month.
