Job Description
Role Description:
This is a part-time remote role for a Performance Marketer at NextJob. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, optimizing conversion funnels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and customer acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, Snapchat
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and A/B testing
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for informed business decisions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of SEM and other digital marketing best practices
- 3-4 years of experience in the field
