Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to set clear performance expectations and goals.
- Analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for employee development.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Design and implement programs to enhance employee skills, competencies, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with training and development teams to address performance gaps.
- Provide coaching and feedback to employees to improve performance and address specific areas for development.
- Work with managers to facilitate constructive performance conversations.
- Facilitate and oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with company policies.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Identify and address factors that may impact performance and morale.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee performance.
- Generate reports on performance metrics for management and HR.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, managers, and other stakeholders to align performance initiatives with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree may be preferred.
- Relevant experience in performance management, employee development, or a related HR function.
- Familiarity with performance management tools and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for facilitating performance discussions and coaching sessions.
- Ability to analyze performance data and draw meaningful insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively with HR teams, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Professional certifications in HR or performance management may be beneficial.
