Job Description
ABS INTERNATIONAL is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide vital administrative and personal support to facilitate the smooth operation of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and oversee appointments and meetings.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
- Plan and coordinate events, including meetings.
- Complete tasks as assigned for timely project delivery.
Qualifications: Proven experience, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Shift Timings: 6 PM – 2 AM (Monday – Saturday)
Location: Gulshan e Iqbal, Block 13C
