Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication skills and proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence efficiently. Additionally, the Personal Assistant will assist with the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of maintaining confidentiality. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
