Job Description
Heytech Limited is looking for a dedicated and highly organized Personal Assistant (PA) to support our CEO with daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
- Coordinate travel and accommodations.
- Prepare reports and documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders.
- Handle event planning and office tasks.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level of integrity.
Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM, Monday to Saturday (ONSITE, Gulshan e Iqbal).
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month.
