Job Description
Company Description: Khan & Associates is a full-service law firm that specializes in advising international businesses on all aspects of doing business in Pakistan. This position is available in Lahore.
Role Description: This is a full-time on-site Personal Assistant role. The Personal Assistant will provide executive administrative assistance, manage diaries, communicate with vendors, and utilize strong clerical skills. Good typing skill is a must. The successful candidate will need to be proactive and willing to take on multiple tasks with the ability to think independently. They should be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively while being flexible to changing priorities.

Qualifications:
- Five to ten years of previous experience in a leading company or organization
- We will verify all academic records, previous job experience, and salaries
- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly skilled in clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, printing, and faxing documents
- Strong organizational and time management skills
